Family & Lifestyle Portraits
A Connecticut native, I fell in love with the Rochester area in 2010 and made it home in 2012. This community has given me a true sense of belonging, and I’m grateful to capture families within the landscapes that have shaped my life here.
Motherhood is the lens through which I photograph families.
Because I know how fleeting these seasons are, I photograph with presence rather than performance. I honor the rhythm of family life — the pauses, the chaos, the tenderness — and hold it with care.
This is work shaped by lived experience and quiet intention.
Beautifully curated. Honestly lived.
Led by little moments.
I’m a mother to two children. My days are shaped by movement, noise, tenderness, and the quiet moments that pass too quickly if you’re not paying attention.
Motherhood has taught me to slow down, to notice what’s happening between the big moments, and to let go of the idea that things need to look a certain way to matter. Children don’t perform on cue. Connection can’t be rushed. The most meaningful memories live in the in-between.
I expect real life — not perfection.
I create artful, honest family photographs rooted in connection rather than poses. My sessions are calm, child-led, and intentionally unforced.
I work with natural light, thoughtful composition, and gentle direction — knowing when to guide and when to step back. I don’t ask children to be smaller, quieter, or more cooperative than they are. I make space for movement, closeness, and moments as they unfold.
Real life, beautifully framed.
